A $300 fee will be added to the 87Ah, 130.5ah and 174ah will be shipped to the nearest Trucking Terminal to your residential address.

A battery may only be returned for the following reasons.

If the battery is damaged in shipping photo proof of damaged packaging and the damaged battery must be sent with a written refund request with the following information.

If the balancer, LED lights, or Plexiglass is damaged due to shipping, photo proof is required, and items will be replaced at no charge.

If the battery is failing due to dead cells. (All cells are inspected and in good working order when the battery is built and shipped) but if you discover some bad cells.

Dead cell time frame – dead cells can be replaced 6 months from the date of delivery at no charge.

Dead cells must be sent back to us in proper shipping packaging, for inspection. Shipping is to be paid by the customer for return.

Once the dead cells are confirmed (not operational) New cells will be sent out to replace them. Shipping included.

If Bus Bars are damaged in shipping photo proof of packaging and the bars is required. 

New bars can be sent out to replace and Coventry Ind. will pay for shipping the return bars. The customer is responsible for packaging and sending bars back with our return label.  (proper packaging is expected to negate any more damage)

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost if returning for another reason beyond damage in shipping to them.

If you are unhappy with the bars in any way you can return them for a refund minus 25%  (bars will be considered B stock and a restocking fee is added).

Typically when we receive an order for a built bank it takes about a week before it ships then another 3 to 5 days shipping.

Unless you order custom bus bars i.e., Color Anodizing and custom logo then that could add up to 2 weeks on the build time. 

Each bank is built to order we do not stock built banks on the shelf.

Due to Hazmat Shipping regulations, we are only allowed to send lithium batteries at 30% State of Charge, so you are responsible for charging your batteries before installation. You will want to charge the battery up to your alternator’s voltage set point. (If you do not know what regulator is in your alternator, please contact your alternator manufacturer)

We recommend a DC Power Supply Adjustable (30V 10A), Eventek Variable Switching Regulated Digital Power Supply with Alligator Leads US Power Cord (30V 10A) which can be found on Amazon for around $60.00. to buy click this link.

Your alternator MUST have a voltage setpoint of at least 14.8v MINIMUM, and up to 16.2v MAXIMUM.

These L.T.O. batteries do perform best at 15.7v and up to 16.2v

We do recommend you mount the batteries FLAT on the ground as they are NOT designed to be mounted vertically. If you do, however, mount it vertically we are NOT liable for any damage that may occur.
